In the event that the User considers that there is on the website any content that could be susceptible to this classification, please notify immediately to the administrator of the website.

l) This website has been checked and tested for proper functioning. In principle, it can be guaranteed to function properly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, iDealCloser LLC and Brance Digital LLC do not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or the occurrence of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make temporary access to the website impossible.

These Conditions shall be accepted by the parties without reservation, and may be modified at any time and without notice, so it will be the responsibility of the User to read them each time you make a purchase, since the conditions in force at the time of conclusion of the contract, will be those that are applicable.

2. Applicable regulations

This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish regulations and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and the General Law 03/2014 for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).

The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These general conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of his internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to the payment of the contract.

3. User Account and Bug Fixes

In order to be able to make online purchases in this store it is necessary to register by creating a "User Account". 4. Purchasing Process

5. Methods of payment

It has several payment methods to facilitate your contracting:

Bank transfer, Credit or debit card, Paypal among other payment gateways such as Stripe (where iDealCloser LLC and Brance Digital LLC never collects or manipulates any customer data regarding your card number. All data is handled directly by the gateways).

6. Prices, taxes, fees and duties

Prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event of a manifest error in the pricing that appears in the service file, the price established for that service in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail.

The PVP for any customer does not include VAT. The price indicated in each service is the final price of the service for shipments to these CCAA. iDealCloser LLC and Brance Digital LLC will not be responsible for import charges and taxes (ISPI, IGIC), or taxes, if applicable.

7. Returns

In iDealCloser LLC and Brance Digital LLC we want you to be satisfied with your contract. Therefore, we provide you with the option to cancel it (withdrawal). The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. You must notify us, through the mail [email protected], your decision to withdraw from the purchase made.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal on the purchase of digital products or services that may have been used by the User will not be admitted, something that is recorded directly on the platform. In order to exercise this right, the service must not have been initiated. If it has been initiated, iDealCloser LLC and Brance Digital LLC reserve the right not to refund the money.

The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the status of the contract has been verified, through the same means of payment used for the purchase and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the cancellation request.

8. Conflict resolution

As required by the new European regulations, we inform users of the existence of a European dispute resolution platform for online contracting.
